Saturday, July 25th – 9am – 9pm
2009 Registration
Registration is underway for the 2009 season.
Eligible Ages
- Tackle Football: 7-10, 13-15 (11 & 12 yr old levels are full)
- Flag Football: Kindergarten-8th
- Cheer: 6-15
Required forms:
- Registration Form (Bottom section to be completed for Flag Football only)
- Player/ Parent Consent (Tackle Football and Cheer only)
- Medical Consent Form (Tackle Football and Cheer only)
Additional Requirements (Tackle Football and Cheer only):
- The child's 2008 - 09 report card, showing all terms
- The child's birth certificate.
- Tackle football - A photocopy of the original is sufficient. A sealed and stamped CERTIFIED COPY from the town/city of birth will also be adequate.
- Cheer - The child's ORIGINAL birth certificate. A photocopy is not sufficient. A sealed and stamped CERTIFIED COPY from the town/city of birth will be adequate so long as the seal is raised.
